Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Define scalable and maintainable UI architecture frameworks.
• Deep understanding of Micro frontend Architecture and dynamic rendering. 
• Understanding of story book component is desirable.
• Good Knowledge on Webpack and Gulp or other bundling tools
• Work with tools like HTML5, CSS3,Less, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Foundation).
• Coordinate with product owners, UX designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to align UI strategies with business goals.
• Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance on UI best practices.
• Optimize UI performance across browsers and devices using tools like Lighthouse, WebPageTest, and Bundle Analyzer.
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG standards) and responsiveness for seamless user experiences.
• Enforce coding standards and best practices for UI development, including modularity and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Guide and mentor frontend developers to grow their technical skills.
• Provide architectural leadership and foster innovation within the team.

Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience:

Mandatory: React

Good to Have: Angular, Vue.js, Svelte, Next.js, Nuxt.js, Solid.js, Stencil

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 10+ years of experience in UI development with at least 3-5 years in an architectural role.
• Previous experience leading frontend teams or driving large-scale UI projects is a plus.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Design Systems (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design) and component libraries (Chakra UI, PrimeReact).
• Expertise in UI state management tools: Redux, MobX, Context API, Recoil, Zustand, and RxJS.
• Familiarity with Docker for containerization of applications.
• Experience with Kubernetes for orchestration of containerized applications, ensuring efficient deployment and scaling
