Description:

As an entry-level marketing operations analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing efforts by conducting in-depth research and analyzing data. Your responsibilities will include collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and support strategic business initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of our marketing initiatives.  

Primary and Secondary Research:
•    Lead Generation, Contact Research, Account Research, Email Research & Formatting, Market Research, Data Research, List Building etc.
•    Update financial data on target market accounts
•    Check the accuracy of the data against research using websites, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo

Data Management:
•    Maintain and update marketing databases
•    Perform regular data hygiene activities
•    Process prospect lists from webinars and tradeshows
•    Send customer related documents in to be uploaded into our customer portal

Lead Qualification & Assignment:
•    Learn sales process definitions in order to manage and track leads in the Salesforce CRM tool.
•    Ensure properly qualified leads from third-party marketing tools such as Zoominfo, SalesIntel Intent, GovSpend, Sales Nav, Dodge, GovWin, etc.
•    Assign leads to the respective salespeople based on the territories lead assignment map.

Analytics and Reporting:
•    Perform analysis of CRM data (e.g. Salesforce) to gain marketing KPI funnel reporting on MQLs, pipeline, bookings, etc.
•    Generate regular reports on key marketing metrics.
•    Assist in analyzing data to provide insights for marketing strategy improvement.
•    Contribute to the development of dashboards for tracking performance.
 

Requirements:

Required Skills and Experience:
