We are seeking an experienced Senior / Staff Data Scientist to build and deploy our AI/ML, Gen AI and agentic AI products and solutions.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior / Staff Data Scientist to carry out design, and scalable implementation of AI/Gen AI products and platforms. This role demands an individual with strong programming and debugging skills, good software development experience, deep expertise in cutting-edge AI models, architectures, and a strong commitment to responsible AI practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML, Gen AI
  • 3+ years of software development experience and strong coding skills
  • Building predictive and prescriptive AI/ML models and domain-specific AI models for full construction lifecycle
  • Strong expertise with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral)
  • Experience in Prompt engineering, RAG, Parameter Efficient Fine Tuning (PEFT), Reinfocement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) to improve the LLM responses including guardrails, evaluation and LLM observability to reduce hallucinations.
  • Expertise in Natural Language Processing, transformers and knowledge graphs
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms for AI architecture: AWS Bedrock, AWS SageMaker with a deep understanding of their AI service offerings.
  • Experience of building autonomous/agentic AI systems (e.g., multi-agent frameworks, self-optimizing systems, or LLM-driven decision engines).
  • Extensive hands-on experience with autonomous AI tools and frameworks: LangChain, Autogen, CrewAI, or architecting custom agentic frameworks.
  • Expertise with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other relevant AI/ML libraries.
  • Push proofs of concept to production-grade systems handling performance metrics, latency, and scale.
