Role Overview:
We’re hiring SSE I - Site Reliability Engineer to help keep our SaaS platforms reliable, secure, and observable at scale.
You’ll work hands-on across our AWS environment — Windows and Linux, a monolith alongside microservices on EKS and serverless apps — improving observability, automating infrastructure, troubleshooting cloud networking, and strengthening our security and compliance posture (including CIS hardening).
It’s a role for a hands-on engineer in a fast-paced, secure and compliance-oriented environment who enjoys both building automation and keeping production healthy.
Required skills and qualifications:
- 3–4 years of experience in a fast-paced SaaS organization, focused on Site Reliability Engineering.
- Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and maintaining applications on AWS — both Windows and Linux stacks, monolith and microservices (EKS), and serverless apps.
- Experience configuring observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, or New Relic.
- Proficiency with an infrastructure-as-code tool — Terraform or Pulumi.
- Strong cloud networking troubleshooting on AWS.
- Comfort configuring EC2 instances on both Windows and Linux, plus hands-on IIS experience.
- Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, and Shell.
Working familiarity across core AWS services — EC2, VPC, S3, Lambda, EKS, RDS, Route 53, and ALB/NLB, among others
