Position Description

A seasoned Senior Recruiter responsible for independently running end‑to‑end hiring for all business‑critical roles across Sales & Marketing, Finance, Product, and other functions. This is a pure individual‑contributor role that partners closely with leaders to translate business priorities into precise hiring strategies with disciplined execution. The role demands strong judgment, crisp articulation, and high autonomy - owning talent mapping, proactive sourcing, executive‑level candidate engagement, and closure of complex searches. Success is defined by predictable delivery of high‑quality talent and sustained credibility with senior stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver end‑to‑end searches for senior and specialist roles across Sales, Product, Engineering, Enterprise Applications, Marketing, and Corporate functions.
  • Partner directly with leaders to clarify business priorities, define the hiring thesis, and align on bar‑raising selection standards.
  • Lead talent mapping and market intelligence (competitor benchmarking, org charts, succession pipelines) to anticipate and fill future needs.
  • Drive proactive sourcing and passive‑talent engagement using advanced techniques (research‑driven headhunting, Boolean/X‑ray, platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub/Stack Overflow) with high‑touch outreach.
  • Run structured, high‑rigor assessment processes - panel design, scorecards, executive debriefs, and evidence‑based decisioning.
  • Orchestrate candidate experience at an executive level - expectation‑setting, offer strategy, close plans, and smooth onboarding handoffs.
  • Track and report predictability metrics (throughput, conversion, time‑in‑stage, quality at hire) and use insights to improve funnel health.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all executive‑level interactions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of recruiting experience with a strong track record in product‑led companies and with significant exposure to the US & India hiring.
  • Demonstrated strength in IC ownership of executive‑facing searches (from market mapping through close).
  • Mastery of research‑driven sourcing, passive‑talent engagement, and crafting compelling narratives for senior candidates.
  • Excellent judgment, communication, and influence skills; able to frame trade‑offs and drive aligned decisions with leaders.
  • Proven ability to run high‑discipline processes across multiple concurrent, business‑critical searches.
  • Engineering degree preferred.

  • Depth across GTM, Finance, Product, Engineering, Cloud, or Enterprise SaaS talent markets.
