Job Title: Senior Product Manager, Construction Technology

Location: Austin, Texas

 

Role Overview: Lead product strategy for Aurigo’s construction tech platforms. Build solutions that enhance field execution, planning accuracy, safety, and compliance — with AI-enabled workflows and predictive insights. Onsite presence is essential.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision for end-to-end construction execution and site intelligence.
  • Translate field pain points into scalable features and clear user stories.
  • Uphold a high bar for clarity, execution discipline, and product quality.
  • Define AI use cases: risk prediction, image validation, automated document capture, workflow automation.
  • Partner with data/engineering to build usable AI features — without increasing workflow complexity.
  • Work with sales and implementation teams to drive customer success.
  • Use data and customer insights to make high-quality product decisions and reduce execution risk.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, CX, and leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead product discovery, validation, GTM planning, and feature prioritization.
  • Deploy AI tools to substantially improve development productivity.

 

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree in Civil engineering.
  • 8–12 years in construction tech / PMIS / field ops product roles.
  • Strong understanding of construction lifecycle and EPC workflows.
  • Experience leading cross-functional product delivery.
