Senior Product Manager

Description:

Own the capital planning product strategy. Build tools that help governments and enterprises plan budgets, prioritize investments, and allocate capital using structured financial logic and AI-driven decision support. Onsite presence is essential

Key Responsibilities

• Define roadmap for capital planning, portfolio prioritization, and forecasting.
• Uphold a high bar for clarity, execution discipline, and product quality.
• Translate financial models (NPV, IRR, scoring frameworks) into product features.
• Build AI/ML capabilities for scenario simulation, anomaly detection, ROI forecasting, and cycle-time reduction.
• Use data and customer insights to make high-quality product decisions and reduce execution risk.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, CX, and leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Lead product discovery, validation, GTM planning, and feature prioritization.
• Deploy AI tools to substantially improve development productivity.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in product roles across FP&A tools, capital planning, GovTech, or enterprise SaaS.
• Deep understanding of multi-year budgeting and portfolio funding logic.
• Background in infrastructure planning, treasury, or government tech.
• Finance/MBA/Engineering degree.
