Description:
Aurigo Software Technologies is seeking a senior marketing communications leader to shape the company's narrative and drive external visibility. This individual will oversee the communications function — spanning strategic communications, PR and media relations, and employer branding — and will be the single accountable leader ensuring Aurigo's voice is credible and consistent across all channels and audiences. This is a high-impact role that requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution. The right candidate is equally comfortable advising senior leadership, managing agency and media relationships, and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing communications or corporate communications at a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology firm, with a proven track record across executive communications, PR, media relations, and employer branding.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling and producing high-quality content across formats.
- Experience operating at the C-suite level with the presence to build rapport with senior leadership and credibly represent the company externally.
- Ability to translate a complex technology platform into clear, audience-appropriate messaging for prospects, customers, media, and industry specialists.
- Strong people leadership skills with experience managing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders across geographies.
- High level of attention to detail and experience managing multiple projects to successful completion simultaneously. Comfortable working in a high-growth environment with competing priorities among a globally dispersed team.
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, business communications, public relations, or a related field. MBA or post-graduate degree preferred.
