Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior AI Developer (GenAI specialization) to design, build, and operate production‑grade Generative AI systems that enable natural‑language interaction over large‑scale enterprise document ecosystems.
This is a builder and systems‑engineering role, not a research or analytics position.
You will work from first principles to engineer robust, scalable, and observable GenAI platforms, owning critical components across the lifecycle—from document ingestion and retrieval to LLM orchestration, API serving, and cloud deployment.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 7-12 years of experience building production-grade GenAI/LLM applications.
- Strong expertise in RAG systems, document chunking, metadata extraction, and multi-format document processing.
- Hands-on experience with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and retrieval optimization.
- Knowledge of context management, conversational memory, and advanced retrieval techniques (hybrid search, re-ranking).
- Backend development experience using FastAPI/REST APIs.
- Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS and integrating with AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or similar LLM platforms.
- Strong understanding of LLM evaluation, monitoring, reliability, token optimization, and cost management.
