Aurigo Software Technologies is seeking an experienced Mobile Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our mobile applications for B2B SaaS products. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, user experience awareness, and strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and drive product adoption.

Long Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UI/UX, customer success, and leadership, to ensure alignment on product vision and strategy. 
  • Market Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough research to understand market needs into actionable product requirements. Utilize data-driven insights to prioritize features that enhance user satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Defining Product Requirements: Gather and define clear, actionable product requirements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives. Translate these requirements into detailed feature specifications for development, ensuring they align with the overall product strategy
  • App Store Management: Own the app store submission process, including managing app listings, handling approvals, and optimizing the app’s presence for both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Monitor app performance metrics and user reviews to inform future updates.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to ensure a deep understanding of mobile technologies, architecture, and feasibility. Collaborate on the technical design of solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security considerations are met
  • Scaling Adoption: Develop strategies to increase mobile app usage among customers. Monitor user engagement metrics and implement improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
  • Mobile UX and Design Oversight: Champion user-centric design principles and collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver a seamless, intuitive experience across mobile platforms. Ensure that the app meets the needs of diverse user personas and is aligned with best practices in mobile UX design

Requirements:

  • BE/B.Tech & MBA from the premium institutes.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on mobile applications for B2B SaaS products, and a total of 10+ years of experience.
  • In-depth understanding of the B2B SaaS industry, including the unique challenges and opportunities in delivering mobile solutions for enterprise users.
  • Hands-on experience overseeing the mobile app lifecycle, including product planning, release management, app store submissions, and post-launch optimization. Familiarity with App Store and Google Play requirements and processes.
  • Solid understanding of mobile platforms (iOS, Android), architectures, and technology trends. Ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams on technical feasibility, architecture, and performance improvements.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision and decisions to various stakeholders, including leadership teams.
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making 
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment
