Description:

• Lead the Quality Engineering (QE) team in testing native/cross-platform Android and iOS applications.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for mobile applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for mobile applications using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and designers to ensure high-quality releases.
• Conduct manual and automated testing to identify, document, and track defects.
• Mentor and guide junior QE team members, providing technical leadership and support.
• Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile testing and automation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in mobile testing.
• Strong experience in testing native/cross-platform Android and iOS applications.
• Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Appium or similar.
• Solid understanding of mobile application development and testing lifecycle.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with performance and security testing for mobile applications.
• Knowledge of Flutter SDK.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
