Description:
- Lead the Quality Engineering (QE) team in testing native/cross-platform Android and iOS applications.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for mobile applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for mobile applications using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and designers to ensure high-quality releases.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to identify, document, and track defects.
- Mentor and guide junior QE team members, providing technical leadership and support.
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile testing and automation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in mobile testing.
- Strong experience in testing native/cross-platform Android and iOS applications.
- Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Appium or similar.
- Solid understanding of mobile application development and testing lifecycle.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with performance and security testing for mobile applications.
- Knowledge of Flutter SDK.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
