Position Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pardot Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing automation platform, Pardot, to drive lead generation, customer engagement and overall marketing success. Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  • Design, create, and execute e-mail campaigns within Pardot to nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email campaigns for maximum engagement.
  • Develop best practices for campaign execution, including lead scoring, segmentation, and automated nurturing.
  • Manage marketing funnel to track lead source and return on investment in the right areas.
  • Generate and present regular reports on key marketing metrics, including campaign performance and lead conversion.
  • Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams on Pardot functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Pardot-related inquiries.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, features, and best practices in marketing automation and Pardot.
  • Manage top of funnel systems such as chat bots to generate top of funnel interest.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Pardot with Salesforce and other relevant platforms.

 

Required Skills and Experience: 

 

  • Any bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing automation, with a focus on an established platform like Pardot.
  • Proven experience as a Pardot Specialist or in a similar marketing automation role.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing automation tool functionalities, Salesforce integration, and marketing automation best practices.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pardot certifications are a plus.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities and best practices.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
