Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven Manager – Legal to manage and support vendor contracts, legal documentation & manage privacy related activities across global operations.
Based in Bangalore, this role will be critical in ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, privacy and operational consistency in vendor engagements across India, North America, and other jurisdictions.
As part of the centralized Finance & Compliance team, you will handle contract review, negotiations, documentation, and compliance tracking for vendors globally. You will liaise with external counsel when needed.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB preferred) or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in contract management or legal operations, preferably in a global technology or SaaS environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indian contract law; exposure to US/Canada legal frameworks is an advantage.
- Proven experience handling vendor-side contracts across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple contracts and stakeholders independently
