Position Overview

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on technology leader to own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of our enterprise applications portfolio—including Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP SuccessFactors, Zendesk, Pardot, and our growing suite of AI-enabled tools.

This role will ensure that our systems, data, and automation strategies scale with business growth while driving measurable impact on productivity, decision-making, and customer experience. The Head of Enterprise Applications will partner closely with functional and technical leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, HR, Finance, Product, and Engineering to modernize and integrate the company’s internal digital ecosystem

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the enterprise applications and AI systems strategy and roadmap to align with business goals, growth initiatives, and IT modernization priorities.
  • Lead architecture, governance, and integration across Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP SuccessFactors, Zendesk, Pardot, and internal AI apps—ensuring seamless data flow, automation, and scalability.
  • Drive the adoption and responsible use of AI applications, including workflow automation, analytics, chatbots, and agentic assistants that augment business productivity.
  • Partner with business and data teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions that enhance process efficiency, analytics, and decision intelligence.
  • Own data governance, compliance, and security across all platforms, maintaining consistency with corporate standards 
  • Establish KPIs and OKRs to measure system performance, adoption, ROI, and business impact.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing applications team of analysts, administrators, and integration specialists.
  • Champion change management and user enablement, ensuring systems are adopted effectively across global teams.
  • Stay ahead of technology and AI trends, evaluating opportunities to enhance enterprise systems through AI, low-code automation, and data intelligence capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (top-tier institutions preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience managing enterprise business applications in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Proven leadership in Salesforce administration or architecture, with strong working knowledge of NetSuite, SAP SuccessFactors, Zendesk, and marketing automation (Pardot/HubSpot).
  • Demonstrated success implementing AI-enabled or ML-driven tools to improve enterprise processes and decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across sales, marketing, customer success, HR, finance, and support operations.
  • Expertise in data architecture, integrations (APIs, middleware, ETL tools), and governance frameworks.
  • Experience building and leading cross-functional teams supporting enterprise systems and automation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels.
  • PMP, ITIL, or Salesforce certifications preferred; familiarity with AI governance or MLOps frameworks is a plus.
