  1. 10+ years of experience with at least 2+ years as a Program Manager in an Agile delivery & execution environment.
  2. Software development or testing experience, knowledge of Cloud, SaaS products, and distributed systems.
  3. Experience in managing product development and innovation engagements, supporting high visibility support, bug fixing, tech debt reduction strategies.
  4. Should have excellent hands-on knowledge of PMI Program Management principles, Agile ways of working (WoW), Agile Engineering best practices and frameworks in software development projects
  5. PMI PgMP, Scrum Master certification (SAFe Scrum Master / PSM I) - is a plus.
  6. Should possess practical experience in planning, executing, monitoring & controlling multiple programs, especially product development Programs using one or more agile frameworks (Scrum is a must) + Scaled Agile Framework execution and implementation experience – preferred.
  7. Create self-organizing teams that are flexible, efficient, adapt/manage changes/changing priorities based on business needs, and are fully productive during sprints.
  8. Should have excellent working understanding Scrum framework, with all its artifacts, ceremonies, and techniques.
  9. Proficient in one or more Agile project management tools - Azure DevOps preferable.
  10. Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing.
  11. Excellent Problem solving, collaboration, conflict resolution, stakeholder management, negotiation, critical thinking, situation handling, strategic decision making, time management & leadership skills.
  12. Identify, analyze, and mitigate risk exposure at all levels.
  13. Interact comfortably in one-on-one meetings with individual technical contributors, senior engineering leaders (technology and business), and executive leadership.
  14. Drive quarterly BU roadmap, deliverables, OKRs and ensure deliverables are up to quality standards and in line with BU OKRs.
  15. Manage and maintain clear team backlogs, governance dashboards and ensure forward project momentum – ensure clear measurement and efficiency metrics are captured and actioned.
  16. Lead efforts to resolve key project conflicts and establish appropriate resolution paths. 1
  17. Shield the team from outside distractions and interferences, Track and remove impediments for the team.
  18. Should be flexible and able to adapt quickly and confidently to rapidly changing roles, objectives, and priorities.
  19. Excellent technical and business reporting skills.
  20. Lead and Drive customer communications
