Primary Responsibilities:

    • Curates maintain scalable Enterprise Design Systems applicable to a large product suite.
    • Rapid prototypes created through short design sprints.
    • Create visual experiences for both Web s Mobile products for end-users.
    • Define design principles for the product suite like Color theory, grids, layouts, iconography s typography.
    • Collaborate consistently with product designers, product managers s developers.
    • Determine s create touchpoints for meaningful user interactions.
    • Utilize knowledge of responsive designs for various form factors.
    • Create graphic design assets for product.
    • Iterate/Create Design System Guidelines for pivoting the UX towards better accessibility.
    • Maintain organized design files on Figma using components, variants s library management.
    • Stay up-to-date with all the industry trends s best practices wrt visual product design.
    • Good to have : Skillset s experience with maintaining WCAG s ADA guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Design or Equivalent visual design experience in building products
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in design for web/mobile apps through extensive research s collaboration  with  Product Engineering  teams.
  • Fluency in mobile/web-app based visual s responsive design, as well as strong knowledge of visual design principles (rules/laws of UX design)
  • Experienced with human-computer interaction (HCI), Visual Design, and Interaction Design
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, InDesign, Zeplin, Miro, Illustrator is desirable
