Description:

  • 3+ years of experience with windows desktop and servers support.
  • Installing, Configuring Windows 10 as clients.
  • Manage employee onboarding & offboarding activities.
  • Review and analyze IT support tickets, respond to the tickets appropriately in a timely manner.
  • Install, configure, and maintain the regular updates of Windows and Antivirus.
  • Installation & troubleshooting of Local and Network printer.
  • Diagnoses and troubleshoots problems encountered with Desktop/Laptop hardware, software and peripherals.
  • Good knowledge on configuring and fix the issues related to O365 Apps and Outlook.
  • Knowledge on installing and configuring Windows server.
  • Knowledge on installing and configuring Windows features and other software like MS SQL, MS Project, Adobe Reader, Visual Studio Etc.
  • Basic Knowledge on Windows Active directory environment.
  • Basic knowledge on Azure AD and O365 administration.
  • Manages inventory of IT related devices and Software in the company asset inventory.
  • Basic Knowledge of LAN, WAN, Routers, Network Switch & Cabling (including understanding of Ethernet, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP routing)
  • Require to work with multiple vendors to resolve any hardware related issues.
  • Ability to provide technical support through phone & web based remote tools.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Desktop support engineer or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields.
  • Solutions Associate/Solutions Expert Certification in Microsoft is preferred.
  • Preferable worked in an enterprise IT environment.
  • Basic Knowledge on Windows AD, Azure AD, O365 administration
  • PowerShell scripting knowledge is a plus.
  • Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems.
