Role Overview:
We are seeking an AI Developer II (GenAI Specialization) to help design, build, and enhance production-ready Generative AI applications that enable natural language interaction with large-scale enterprise content and data.
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on developing and supporting GenAI solutions, including document processing, retrieval systems, LLM integrations, and API development. You will work closely with senior engineers and architects to implement scalable, reliable, and secure AI capabilities across the platform.
The role offers an opportunity to gain deep experience in RAG systems, LLM orchestration, cloud deployment, and AI application development while contributing to the delivery of enterprise-grade GenAI solutions. You will take ownership of assigned features and components, collaborate across teams, and contribute to engineering best practices and continuous platform improvements.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2-4 years of software development experience with strong Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience building GenAI/LLM applications and AI-powered solutions.
- Good understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
- Experience developing document processing pipelines for PDFs, Word, HTML, and other formats.
- Strong backend development skills using FastAPI, Flask, or REST APIs.
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Experience integrating LLMs through Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar services.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, context management, token optimization, and AI evaluation.
- Knowledge of AI safety, hallucination mitigation, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Good to have exposure to LangChain/LangGraph, agentic workflows, Docker, Kubernetes, MLOps, fine-tuning, and AI observability tools.
